Return and Refund Policy

Returns - If you change your mind about your order:

We have a 21 day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return, and another 21 days to return your items back to us.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received them, unused, undamaged, with tags and in its original packaging (including cellophane wrapper) and outer packaging (if any).

Should your order include a complimentary gift, it must also be returned to be eligible for a full refund.

To start a return, you must contact us at support@simplyperfumes.co.uk indicating your order number and the item or items you wish to return. Only the person placing the original order can request a return.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. DO NOT return your items to the business address shown in the postage label of your parcel as it won't be accepted and the item will likely be lost and no refund will be issued.

You are responsible for paying the shipping cost of your unwanted items back to us. Please keep proof of postage when doing so and use a tracked delivery service.

We strongly advise you to keep the shipping packaging and cushioning we used to send your items in case you need to make a return of your unwanted items back to us.

Items must be returned to the specified address in a condition suitable for resale, meaning they must not be damaged during transit. Items that are received damaged during transit will not be eligible for a refund.

Items returned damaged during transit will be reposted to you at your own expense, provided they are in a condition suitable for posting.

Refunds - We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned items. If they qualify for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. ​

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 72 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Contact us at support@simplyperfumes.co.uk and let us know the issue by providing photographic evidence if possible.
We will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
