Delivery

Free Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery (1 - 2 business days from dispatch day, generally the next working day) on all orders.

Orders placed on Fridays may be dispatched on Saturday if circumstances allow.

Tracked 24 service also delivers during weekends, including Sundays.

Orders placed on weekends are dispatched on the next Monday, excluding Bank Holidays.

Returns 

If you change your mind about your order:

• We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, and another 14 days to return your items back to us.
• To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received them, unused, undamaged, with tags and in its original packaging -including cellophane wrapper- and outer packaging (if any).​
• To start a return, you must contact us at support@simplyperfumes.co.uk indicating your order number and the item or items you wish to return. Only the person placing the original order can request a return.​​
• You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless we have delivered an incorrect item or the item is faulty.
• Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
• We strongly advise you to keep the shipping packaging and cushioning we used to send your items in case you need to make a return of your unwanted items back to us.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned items. If they qualify for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
