Redeeming Store Credit – FAQ

I ordered before the store credit programme existed.

If you’re one of our early customers, your loyalty still counts. Drop us a line (support@simplyperfumes.co.uk) and we’ll manually add credit based on your latest order only, matched to the current percentage we’re offering when you contact us. 

How is store credit allocated?

You will receive 5% of the money spent back in store credit (excluding shipping costs & discounts, if any).

Store credit is linked directly to your customer account via your email address. We issue credit when your order is fulfilled, ready for a future purchase.

This balance is securely recorded on your customer record.

⚠️ Please note: store credit cannot be converted into cash and it’s only redeemable against future purchases.


Do I need to log in to use my store credit?

Yes. You must be logged into your account to see and redeem your store credit. Shopify only displays your balance when you’re signed in.


How do I log in quickly?

The easiest way is to log in with Shop (Shopify’s one‑click login). You’ll receive a confirmation email with a code: no password needed.

⚠️ Heads up: This email sometimes lands into your junk/spam folder. If you don’t see it right away, check there.


Where will I see my store credit?

Once logged in, your store credit appears as a payment option at checkout


Can I combine store credit with another payment method?

Yes! If your store credit doesn’t cover the full order, you can pay the remaining balance with your usual payment method.


Does store credit expire?

No. Your store credit stays linked to your account until you use it. It’s yours to spend whenever you like for as long as we are in business.
