You can access your personalized tracking hub at any time. You can find this by:

  • Logging into your account (if you created one during checkout).

3. The Shop App (Optional)

For the best tracking experience, we recommend using the Shop App. It’s a free tool that provides:

  • Real-time push notifications so you know exactly when your parcel is out for delivery.

  • Delivery estimates and history in one place.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a Shop account to track my order? No. While the Shop app offers a great experience, it is entirely optional. You can always track your order via the link in your email or by using your order number on our website without ever creating an account.

When will my tracking information start working? Tracking kicks in as soon as we fulfill your order and generate your Royal Mail label. If you placed your order after 4:00 PM, your tracking number will likely become active on the following business day.

My tracking hasn't updated yet—should I be worried? Don't worry! It can sometimes take a few hours for the Royal Mail system to scan the parcel at the first sorting office. If your tracking hasn't updated within 48 hours of receiving your shipping email, please let us know.
