Shipping Destinations

We currently only ship orders within the United Kingdom, including England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland.

Shipping Costs

• Standard Delivery: £1.95 for all orders under £50.

• Free Standard Delivery: Available for all orders over £50.

• Express Delivery: Available for an additional flat fee of £2.95.

Carriers Used

We ship all orders via Royal Mail. Please note that no other shipping carriers or methods are available at this time.

Handling Time (0-1 business days)

• Our handling time is 0-1 business days, depending on when your order is placed:

  • Monday – Friday (Same-Day Dispatch): Orders placed before 4:00 PM are processed and dispatched the same day (0 business days). Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be dispatched on the next business day (1 business day).

  • Weekends & Bank Holidays: We do not process or dispatch orders during weekends or Bank Holidays. Orders placed after 4:00 PM on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday, excluding Bank Holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time (1-3 business days)

• Our estimated delivery times depend on the service selected at checkout:
  • Standard Delivery (Tracked 48): Delivers within 2–3 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Express Delivery (Tracked 24): Delivers within 1–2 days from the date of dispatch (including Sunday delivery) for an additional cost of £2.95.

Missing or Damaged Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, arrives damaged, or appears to be lost, please contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate the issue immediately and provide a replacement, compensation, or redispatch as necessary.
