Refund policy
1. Order Cancellations
We understand that sometimes plans change. We are happy to accommodate order cancellations provided the request is made before the package has been dispatched. Because we pride ourselves on fast fulfillment, please email us at support@simplyperfumes.co.uk with your order number and "Cancellation Request" in the subject line before 4:00 PM GMT on the day of your purchase. Once an order has been handed over to Royal Mail, we can no longer cancel it, and you will need to follow our standard return process instead.
2. Returns – Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Products
We take great care in packing your fragrances, but if your order arrives damaged, defective, or if we’ve sent the wrong item, we will make it right immediately. Please contact us at support@simplyperfumes.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. For these instances, we will provide you with a prepaid Royal Mail return label and cover all shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will, at your choice, issue a full refund (including original shipping) to your original payment method or send a replacement item, usually within 10 business days.
3. Returns – Customer Remorse (Change of Mind)
If you have a change of heart about your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return, and a further 14 days to ship the item back to us. Because of the nature of fragrances and gift sets, we can only accept returns for items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with the cellophane wrapper completely intact.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@simplyperfumes.co.uk , ensuring you indicate your order number in the message.
For "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We can provide a pre-paid Royal Mail tracked postage label (the cost of which will be deducted from your refund - £1.95 -), or you may choose your own tracked delivery service.

Once we receive the item and confirm the seals are unbroken, we will issue a refund for the product price to your original payment method within 10 business days.
We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
4. Exchanges
To maintain the highest hygiene standards and ensure you receive your new scent as quickly as possible, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different fragrance or gift set, please follow the return process for your unwanted (and unopened) item for a refund, and place a new order for the desired product at your convenience. This ensures the fastest turnaround time and the most reliable service for your collection.
